MBA in Project Management

This 19-month life long education program of weekend study (2 weekends per month) leads to a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New York in Prague. You will take a core set of 9 courses providing you with a solid foundation in international business and then 4 additional courses in Project Management:

Prior to the start of the MBA program, UNYP provides, free of charge, a pre-MBA workshop in the principles of finance, accounting, marketing and management to ensure that you begin your studies well-prepared and on an equitable level with your fellow classmates.

The Project Management concentration route prepares students with an overall view of project management objectives, tools and measurements. This option is ideal for students seeking to gain specialist knowledge of the tecniques and workings of successful project management. In order to increase corporate performance it is imperitive to have a deep knowledge of the creation and streamlining of processes as well as business development.

Apart from the core subjects, students complete courses in the following focus areas

- The Project Management Process & Life Cycle
- Project Management Tools & Techniques
- Risk Management & Quality
- Project Management: Live Project

Consultancy Project

After completing the course, students undertake the role of an internal or external consultant and investigate a business problem with the aim of arriving at a fesiable solution to the problem originally identified.
